	A La Sallian in Malate Joana Pavon Jun Cuaki, a fellow La Sallian, manages Bedrock Bar and Grill Restaurant, a bar and grill restaurant located along M. Adriatico st. It was themed as such as a tangent from the common chrome, glass and metal themes of the millenium. The owners wanted a place that was cozy and homey, an escape from the dizzying pace brought about by the prevailing technological hype. It features good food through traditional grilled delicacies and good music through live bands. The place was packed to the rafters. It seems that this early on Bedrock has already established a regular clientele, giving M. Adriatico much needed life and Nakpil establishments, a run for its money.
